I know it’s a tad bit late…but I wanted to get it posted. You never know when you might need a groundhog crafty snack, right? I originally saw these cute little groundhogs HERE. There’s even a complete supply list and little tutorial.
With a few modifications, I made these for an afternoon snack. I used pudding cups instead of cupcakes and used some crushes Oreos for the ‘dirt.’

My youngest son, now an adult, was born on Groundhog Day and I always use it as a theme in his cards or some goodie. These are perfect! I’m stashing this one away for next February! Thanks!
